Good news this week: Scott passed his Target interviews!!!! This is a BIG deal! It means that he has passed the hard part of becoming a Store Manager at Target. He has one more interview with one of the big wigs, but that won't happen until February likely. That's ok by us because he probably won't get his own store until we move anyways. So, the hard part is over and he will eventually have his own store sometime soon!
OHSU is good so far. Still adjusting and getting used to everything. With each new rotation is a new groups of residents and attendings that all prefer things a certain way. I'll keep you all posted as I'm there longer.
Oh, and baby is doing good! :)

Well, I didn't think I could do it and I'm still not sure I can, but inspired by my other pregnant friends, I am going to TRY to keep a blog. No promises. This may not work at all. But, I figure in addition to news about the baby, I can write about Scott's job, my residency interviews, etc. Lets start out with some pics of my pregnancy so far. I was going to take pics by my white board (like one of my very creative friend Nikke), but then I realized that doesn't really work when you are traveling for externships.
In Denver, pieces of paper had to suffice for saying my gestational age, but I realize you can hardly see the page...
So, then I went on Pinterest and found these adorable little stickers. Much easier to travel with!!!
While I am hardly showing, I have been encouraged to keep taking photos. Maybe one of these days I will actually have a baby bump to show rather than looking bloated lol.
Denver has been an incredible experience so far! I am on gynecology here and have been able to do a ton and work with some awesome people. I would be lucky to end up at this program!! But OHSU is next on the agenda and I am hoping they will live up to my hopes and wishes!!! I will be doing Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility there, something we don't get a lot of at Jesuit Creighton.
Scott interviewed for store manager today. Keep your fingers crossed for him! Although he's such a stud at his job, I don't worry too much for him!! I just hope Target gets it right.
That's about it for now. I will try to post again soon, but we will see how that goes :).
